Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Which cities are you located in?
Currently we are only located in the GTA area, strive to service any areas within. We are working on expanding into additional regions and cities.
What equipment do I need to provide?
All of our cleaning specialist will come prepared with everything you need, all we ask is you provide a vacuum cleaner. If you are unable to provide a vacuum cleaner, we will be able to provide one at an additional charge.
Can I cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel you appointment, please us know 48 hours in advance. Your canceled appointment can be rebooked at anytime at no additional cost. cancellations under 48 hours are not permitted.
What is refund policy?
Cleanhaus does not offer refunds, but if you contact us within 24 hours we will gladly send a cleaner back at no extra charge.
Do you offer in person consultations?
No need! We give offer online quotes, all we need to know is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Does CleanHaus clean everything?
For health and safety reasons our cleaners are not permitted to clean up bodily fluids, pet excrement, mold, hazardous chemicals or deceased rodents/vermin. We do not clean ceilings or areas outside of the reasonable reach of the cleaner
Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
If you’re not going to be home, please make arrangements for us to get into the home. You may choose to hide the key in a safe place or leave it with a concierge so our cleaners can gain access. Also, if you’re not going to be home when we leave, please let us know how to lock up.
Do you do laundry?
Currently, no we do not offer laundry services because of safety and liability.
